Welcome to your dream vacation getaway, where indoor and outdoor entertainment and relaxation seamlessly merge. This 3 bedroom home is the ideal place to enjoy the outdoors in a private setting on over an acre of land that backs up to a vineyard. The property features a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar/lounge, and fire pit. There is a garden with fresh herbs and vegetables and a beautifully landscaped yard to add to the serene environment.
In the main living room there is a large sectional couch and 83" flat screen tv and board games for indoor entertainment. There is a formal dining room that seats up to 9 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a gas cooktop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is counter bar seating as well as a built in breakfast nook with additional seating. The indoor fire place area can also be used for additional sleeping space.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a dresser, and tons of closet space. The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and a dedicated work space. They share a full size bathroom with a stand up shower. All rooms have custom curtains with sheer and black out curtains as well as ceiling fans.
Outside there is a salt water pool with a Baja shelf, waterfall jets and built in jacuzzi that has an automatic cover installed. The outdoor kitchen has a built in BBQ grill, mini fridge and a cooler for additional beverages. The outdoor dining table sits up to 8 people. There is an outdoor sofa lounge to relax in by the pool. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas by the pool and rafts and floats to use in the pool. There is a fire pit area with additional seating and an outdoor shower. Off the patio there is an outdoor bar/lounge area that has air conditioning and a large flat screen TV. The covered patio has built in Sonos speakers and over head heaters.
